OVER BILLS FOR EVERTHING CHARGED 30K FOR WORK I DID MYSELF IN HOURS WITH NO CHANGE OF OUTCOME NOW REFUSES TO GIVE SETTLEMENT MONEY OWED BECAUSE HE THINKS I PERSONALLY OWE HIM MONEY NOT HIS FIRM WITH NO LEGAL RIGHT TO SO HE IS WITHHOLDING WHAT IS MINE HAS THRETEND TO DISTROY ME AND EVERYONE AROUND ME ...(WITH WITNESSES WHO HAVE HEARD HIM SAY SO THREATENED TO GET ME FIRED FROM MY JOB AND HAS WRTTEN CHECKS FOR CUSTOMER REIMBURSMENT OF OVER CHARGE FROM HIS FIRM WHEN IN FACT THEY WERE FOR REPAIR TO PERSONAL PROPERTY (I THINK THATS TAX FRAUD NOT SURE BUT THE STATEMENT IS TRUE) I WOILD RUN FROM THIS GUY

Peter handled setting up my will and estate. After my daughter was born I reached out to Peter to put my will and estate in order so that my fiancé and daughter would not have to worry about anything if God forbid something happened to me. Peter was very professional through out the process. He expla...ined everything to me in a manner in which I was able to fully understand. Of course any time you have to do something like this there is going to be apprehension but he quickly put me at ease and made me feel 100% comfortable. I don't think there is any better recommendation than when I can tell someone that I put my family's future in Peter's hands with my full trust!

Be very careful if you deal with this lawyer. He represented us when our real estate agent recommended him, her agency no longer uses him because of what he did to us. He was supposed to be paid from the short sale but instead charged us another 2,500 on top of that. We later found out he was paid mo...re than 25,000 from the short sale. We panicked when foreclosure notices appeared & Humblias offered to help for an additional 5,000. We were forced to pay him when he lied to the Bergen County Sheriff that he served my wife with papers when in fact he served another woman and froze our accounts. Another attorney working pro bono helped us after the damage was done. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, I would offer him a negative -10..! Be careful if his name comes to your attention.. Don't walk away.. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE...!!!
