I would highly recommend Eilish for all aspects of your divorce proceedings. During our first meeting, Eilish took the time to develop a table detailing asset splits between the husband and wife. That initial table turned out to be foundational as we developed the marriage settlement agreement and m...ade it very easy to see where any discrepancies existed. My advice is to believe Eilish when she says that table forms the basis of the settlement – use it and let her draft the marriage settlement agreement early in the process to kick start everything. While in my opinion it took long for the other party to accept the final marriage settlement agreement, (mainly due to my wife and her attorney dragging their feet), Eilish continued to push for meetings and reviews resulting in the overall divorce process taking considerably less time than I expected. Eilish guided me along the way where it made sense to argue and where it didn’t, and, in the end, I could have followed her advice without question and been confident in the decisions. Eilish also unwaveringly fought for my side and was very clear with me where I was asking for more than was reasonable. Divorce is a highly emotional process - Eilish kept me grounded throughout assuring I stayed focused on the goal. One other point to mention was dedication and availability. In every instance, when I needed to reach Eilish, she made herself available immediately or called me back in a very short time – and with email, there was an almost immediate reply. That type of interaction helped considerably as dynamics changed frequently during negotiations. Eilish was also very fair with retainers throughout and towards the end of the process understanding at the end of the divorce, another full retainer was not required - in this way, costs were kept to a minimum. Following the actual divorce, I also appreciated ongoing interactions with Eilish at no cost to me including reminders from her on deliverables to my ex-wife and answers to minor questions over email as I worked to settle the marital assets. These interactions also included back and forth with my ex’s attorney as we settled finances surrounding real estate transfers where I felt Eilish could have easily asked for additional fees but did not. In conclusion, I value and appreciate the partnership throughout the divorce and would recommend anyone retain Eilish for their divorce.

Ms. McLoughlin helped me tremendously through out the course of my divorce. She was always there to offer great legal council to me and to reassure me that everything was going to be alright without BS ing me or sugar coating any challenges. She helped me look out for the best interest of my child,... my self, and even my X. A divorce which was expected to take up to 18 months was all wrapped up in 8 with Eilish leading the was to make sure everyone was treated fairly (especially me) lol. I highly recommend Eilish as an attorney. A divorce sucks no matter how you skin it. Everything from the anxiety to the paperwork. You need someone who really knows the law, the local judges, is fair with billing and treats you non-judgmentally, with respect, and compassionately.
