About Julio
Biography
Julio received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2017, graduating cum laude. He served as a staff editor of the New York Law School Law Review, worked as an assistant editor for the Civic Research Institute’s Journal of Taxation and Regulation of Financial Institutions, as well as a research assistant for Professor Nadine Strossen (former president, ACLU). Julio also volunteered with the Safe Passage Project, advocating on behalf of unaccompanied minors in deportation proceedings, and assisting attorneys on how to prepare immigration petitions.
Upon graduation, Julio clerked for the Honorable Rosalyn H. Richter (retired) of the Appellate Division, Fist Department of the State of New York. He conducted complex legal research and drafted judicial orders and appellate decisions regarding issues of criminal, family, civil, and commercial law. Julio worked at the Law Office of Marc D. Ramundo, LLC full-time while in law school under the guidance of Marc D. Ramundo (current superior court judge, Bergen County), and rejoined the firm as an Associate in 2020, where he managed the real estate practice. He also provided representation to lenders and borrowers in various aspects of commercial and construction mortgage transactions.
Julio acquired Mr. Ramundo's real estate practice upon confirmation to the New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County, and founded Piccirillo Law where he represents clients in all aspects of real estate law.
