Replied last December 22, 2025Hello Bill, I want to clarify a few points for accuracy. You retained Wells, Jaworski & Liebman, not me personally. At the time you engaged the firm, the Estate department was experiencing significant turnover. I did not voluntarily leave the firm. I was terminated approximately ten days after you retained Wells, and as a result, I did not have the opportunity to notify clients of my departure. I also had no role in firm billing, invoicing, or account management. Any concerns regarding the handling of your matter or billing should be addressed directly with Wells, Jaworski & Liebman.
