Carolina assisted me with an ongoing matter that I had with a neighbor in the apartment complex I lived in. For over 1 year, we had multiple complaints with these neighbors to the building management that included several calls to the local police department. Unfortunately, our building management ...didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Our complaints really fell on deaf ears. She was able to not only get building management's attention but was instrumental in helping us reach a release agreement to break our lease earlier. I have used Carolina on three different occasions , She has helped me resolving a business contract over a bad partnership , she has helped me in a land lord tenant dispute and has also helped on a personal level to reduce property taxes on three personal properties. I like her straight and honest ...style , her concern is you and she does not cut corners , I admire the fact that she is honest and takes the time to explain the details out with out sugar coating it , she has a way of dissecting a lease or contract and pointing out the flaws and goes through every detail to explain the good and the bad. With her help she was able to pick up the flaws other attorneys have made on my contracts and leases and she has corrected them to protect me, again her concern is me her client . I have also used Carolina Calderon for reduction of my property taxes , I could not be happier , she managed to get all my properties reduced and as I mentioned before her honesty and straightness I admire she was up front with everything and if she believed it could not be done she would say it and not give me fake promises .
