I have extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly in patent procurement and prosecution including drafting patent applications, prosecuting patent applications before both U.S. and foreign patent offices, and preparing patent appeals.  Also have experience in conducting patentability, patent infringement, patent validity, new product clearance, right-to-use of inventions, and state of the art studies and in preparing opinions concerning based on such studies. Have also provided litigation support including preparations for a Markman hearing in a case involving 27 patents covering digital cameras and related electronics.

My practice covers the electrical, optical, computer and mechanical arts as well as business methods. I am experienced in patent matters related to services associated with delivery of content over the Internet and other networks, audio/video devices, telecommunications, consumer electronics, digital imaging systems, integrated circuit device fabrication, integrated circuit packaging, power semiconductor devices and circuits, and Internet architecture, protocols and services.

I have represented and counseled clients ranging from major international corporations to solo inventors.

I am registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and am a member of the New Jersey, New York and District of Columbia bars.
