My husband and I had the pleasure of being represented by Lisa Yaeger Fischberg in a recent real estate transaction in New Milford, NJ. She was referred to us by a colleague and we are so grateful that we had a representative and advocate like Lisa in our corner during what can be a confusing and pre...ssure filled process. As an attorney myself, Lisa was everything that I would want in a representative. She was thorough, detail-oriented, incredibly professional and always prompt. She communicated clearly and in a timely way with us during each step of the transaction and we never doubted for a moment that she was advocating for our best personal and financial interests. Her practice is exclusive to real estate, which is an incredible asset to her ability to navigate complex contracts (and personalities) involved with the industry. We were confident that we were represented by a true expert, not someone who primarily practiced in another area of the law and was taking a stab at something new. Her fee is incredibly reasonable and in my estimation does not represent the true value she brings to her clients. She was never condescending and always made the "legalese" accessible and easy to understand. Lisa also observed all of the COVID protocols for conducting business under the most current New Jersey regulations. We really cannot recommend her highly enough and will do so to all of our network in the New Jersey area.
