          I am a sole practitioner with 35 years experience practicing law.  My private law office is in Haworth, NJ in Bergen County in the New York metropolitan area.  My primary practice representing people in real estate closings and transactions. I work closely with your realtor to achieve an excellent result.  In addition to closings, I also represent clients in Landlord & Tenant disputes, Business Transactions, Litigation & Lawsuits, Wills and Trusts.  I actively represent lenders during the mortgage review process. 

          Juris Doctor of Law from Pace University Law School. Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1984 and have been actively practicing law ever since.  I am also admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Past Member: of the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Real Estate and Land Use Section., the Bergen County Bar Association, and is an Arbitrator on the NJ Superior Court Panel of Arbitrators.

Past Member: of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Arbitrators, the Haworth Planning Board, is a former Councilman, Borough Council President, Police Commissioner, and Fire Commissioner.  Former Member of the Northern Jersey Council Legal Committee and Pro-Bono Attorney for the Boy Scouts of America.

Trial lawyers Care Volunteer Award and was recognized by the 911 Fund Special Master, Kenneth Feinberg. and Associate U.S. Supreme Justice Stephen G. Breyer for pro bono legal work performed on behalf of the families of 911 victims; and the recipient of the highest award given to an Adult Volunteer by the Boy Scouts of America. 

He was a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and the Interreligious Fellowship for the Homeless (Family Promise); and a frequent donor at the Community Blood Center.

REAL ESTATE LAW:  Extensive knowledge and experience in real estate law, both commercial and residential.  I represent buyers and sellers of properties throughout New Jersey. He has excellent contract formation skills and carefully reviews all documents to insure a timely closing and an excellent result for his clients.
