Roger B Radol

I retained Roger Radol of Radol and Assoc. in Englewood NJ about 4 years ago. I paid him $4,000.00. Complete waste of my time and money. I Wasn't familiar with attorney web reviews until recently. Mr. Radol attempted to help me with a bankruptcy case. Had pretty much no idea what he was doing from th...e beginning. Very poor attitude toward me as a paying client. Condescending, patronizing, insulting and cruel. The absolute worst attorney I've come across in my 50 plus years of using attorneys for many different needs. Would recommend anyone even mildly considering using Mr. Radol to choose an alternative. At least find someone that actually knows the law. I accomplished more on my own after discovering Mr. Radol's incompetence. Bluntly, He's a mean guy that doesn't know what he's doing.

Mr. Radol and his Staff were always well prepared and able to immediately handle any emergencies (and my EXs various Orders To Show Cause) thrown at them. Before retaining the firm, I knew Mr. Radol had 25+ years of ex...perience. However, I had no idea how valuable that would be. He took a personal interest in my case and even counseled me on collateral legal matters that could have impacted the length my divorce litigation. Mr. Radol is both tough and kind. All in all, the most beneficial aspect of Mr. Radol handling my case, was his ability to help me stay calm every time my EX tried to pull a fast one—which was often. Despite the fact that my Ex’s actions increased my bill, Mr. Radol was extremely understanding and worked that out with me. He kept my expectations realistic at all times. It is now 1 ½ years later, I have new legal concerns unrelated to my divorce, and I immediately called the firm and his Staff helped me schedule a consult.
