Louis Michael Gerbino

Louis M. Gerbino is an Associate at Sekas Law Group. He graduated from Fordham University in May 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and graduated from Rutgers Law School in May 2016 with a Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Gerbino was admitted to practice in New Jersey in December 2016 and admitted to practice in New York in June 2017.

During his time in law school, Mr. Gerbino was a proud member of the Rutgers Intellectual Property Law Clinic for the Spring 2016 semester. As a Student Attorney practicing before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. Gerbino engaged with and advised clients from intake onward on the full gamut of intellectual property and contract law issues. Prior to joining the firm in September 2017, Mr. Gerbino was the Law Clerk to the Honorable Deborah M. Gross-Quatrone, J.S.C. for the 2016 to 2017 Court Term and a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Patrick J. Arre, J.S.C. during Spring 2015.

Mr. Gerbino is a strong advocate for his clients taking an aggresive approach towards litigation that ensures his clients recieve the full benefit of the Court system. Mr. Gerbino's practice focuses primarly on personal injury matters and civil litigation.
