We hired George Kevork Adanas of Adanas Law Firm to help us after a car accident, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing legal experiences we’ve ever had. Mr. Adanas was nearly impossible to reach. We had to email and call more than 10 times just to get a single response, and even the...n, he did not take real action on our case. Instead of handling the matter, he eventually passed us to another attorney named Dennis, who also failed to follow through or resolve the issue. Because of their inaction, our property damage claim was never handled. Meanwhile, we continued paying our car loan and insurance for 4–5 months, trusting the legal advice we were given. In the end, our lender returned the final payment and sent the account to collections, which ruined our credit and left us without a vehicle. We acted in good faith, did everything right, and were let down at every step. The lack of communication, the hand-off to someone else, and the complete lack of follow-up have had real financial and emotional consequences for our family.
