Note: As my profile states, I have been disciplined. Many years ago I accidentally issued a check to a client twice. He moved to Florida, bought a house, and declared bankruptcy. I could not retrieve the funds so I repaid them, every cent, myself. It was an honest mistake and I take full responsibility.
I am a commercial and residential real estate attorney and real estate investor in NJ. Primary practices are in real estate and corporate law. Real estate practice encompasses representation for purchase, sale and financing of commercial and residential real estate, real property tax appeals, land use and zoning applications, and condominium conversions. Conducted numerous real estate closings and loan modifications, and particularly active in short sales - successfully negotiating transactions. Regularly requested to conduct seminars across a spectrum of real estate topics.
My corporate practice includes acting as in-house counsel for, handling formation, leasing, sales contracts, letters of credit, employment issues and contract litigation.
