Prerak A Zaveri

I had a immigration consultation with Mr Zaveri. At first, He seemed responsive and answered questions. Unfortunately, important info he gave was not accurate. My wife had an J1 with 2 year restriction but has since changed to F1 visa. We had a consultation to decide whether she can proceed with gre...en card application. We were told it should be ok without a waiver. We proceeded based on that premise. Our application was denied 8 months later for this exact reason. We wasted a lot of money and time on the consultation, and much more in our application. Next time research accurately before telling clients.

I had reached out Prerak Zaveri to get a second opinion on docs my employer's lawyer had prepared for an RFE received on my I140. Prerak was quick to respond, and willing to help even though he only was coming in in the middle of it all (with no background on my case). He was able to thoroughly revie...w the RFE & the docs prepared, and was able to give me positive feedback/suggestions which would help make a better case. I'm glad we reached out to Prerak. His input was not only reassuring that we were going in the right direction, but also very helpful in making my case stronger for USCIS. Money well spent!

I was very confident about my case but my wife was always worried about it, but every time we talked... to Prerak he really gave her confidence and he was there for our interview covering us too. He is very friendly person and never intimidates you which is always the problem with many lawyers. He would always be there to answer each and every questions you have even of they are repeated or stupid he never says no. The fees he charged were also very reasonable compared to other lawyers in the area. Overall I strongly suggest you go with he does also know a lot of people including the supervisors in Newark office which would help make you're life very easy.
