I would first like to thank Marcia for being my lawyer, I could not ask for a better lawyer to take care of my immigration case. Marcia from the time she took my case was very positive, supportive and caring always in touch with me or my family about the progress of my case which gave me much needed ...confidence and faith that everything was going to be fine. Marcia not only became my lawyer but, a dear friend to my wife, my daughters and myself. I can not thank you enough for keeping your promise of reuniting me with my family before Christmas and you did it, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

From the first day I walked into her practice (saw her sign as I was walking by, and walked in to 'check it out'), Marcia Kasdan spoke to me personally and made me feel very comfortable. When the date of our appointment came, she met us and brought us to the associate who would be handling our case. ... Again, professional but never austere, nor scripted. Our case was successfully completed about 3 years and a different associate later (the associate we were first assigned to was no longer with the company.) In every encounter during the entire process, we had a positive experience. Even though we were working directly with an associate, Marcia Kasdan was always an integral part of our case and was with us up to the last interview. She was always available. When we had questions, concerns, or just the 'jitters', even if she was professionally otherwise engaged, a text would come back saying when she would make contact, which she always did. My assessment of the lawyer Marcia Kasdan would be: Reliable, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Kind, Responsive, Accommodating and Caring. A true professional.

Marcia Kasdan should not be allowed to practice law in the United States! Marcia neglected my case miserably, in fact-her ongoing promises (all bogus) which lasted over three years, allowed the statute of limitation to run out. This means I could no longer pursue my case in court. Avoid this attorn...ey at all costs, find someone qualified & trustworthy.

Marcia Kasdan cannot be trusted! She botched my case beyond belief. Marcia took my case while her law license was SUSPENDED and Never told me! In fact Marcia Kasdan has had her license suspend, revoked and censured in the 1980's, 1990's and 2000's and 2008! Check with the State of NJ Bar Associati...on. Marcia Kasdan's reputation is horrible! My case literally was found null and void since the statute of limitations expired!
