Where can I begin? There are no words that can describe my forever thankfulness for Lisa, Marcia and all of the staff at Marcia S. Kasdan. I came to Marcia in 2015 after being told by a previous lawyer that i was going to be deported and there was nothing they or anyone can do. My second son had just... been born and both my wife and I were desperately needing a trustful lawyer that would believe and do everything to get me cleared in the immigration court and give me hope of becoming a resident alien. Well, Lisa and Marcia and all their team did exactly that. From the first time I set foot in their office I felt I had finally found the people that would forever change my life. They made me feel like my case was important and that I and my family were worth fighting for! They delivered what they had promised in the most kind-hearted and professionalism you can imagine. They represented my case in court several times and never once did they put my hopes down. As a matter a fact they always delivered the most positive and realistic outcomes i could have received. Their hard work finally paid off as i was granted the legal resisdency after some long hard working years. I owe my life to Lisa and Marcia! My family and I will forever be greatful to these two hard working and kind women. I highly recommend Marcia's office if you are looking for the best service and delivery in any immigration case especially those difficult cases where all other lawyers don't want to take or take it just to charge and make money out of you. Lisa and Marcia never charged us anything more for the numerous times they would consult with us that being via phone, email or office visits. there are no words to explain how grateful I am to have worked with Ms.Kasdan. my husband and I were recommended to this office by his criminal lawyer for a criminal case. the moment we stepped into this office we were helped and we were not over charged like in other offices. Ms.Kadan was straight ...forward about the situation and our outcomes. my husband was picked up by ICE and Lisa and Marcia did all possible to solve his very difficult case. the outcome was exactly what we wanted, my husband is now back home with his family.

I had a very difficult case in which I was going to get deported I was charged with fraud and it was a harsh charge but I hired Marcia and she helped me through the legal system I was innocent and I had to prove my innocence it was an immigration matter she helped me through a very difficult process ...she knew her material very well her legal experience can save anyone ! I am writing this review on behalf of Marcia Kasdan I hired her as my attorney because I was in the United States since 1985 I came as a child with my parents through Mexico I had no other options of getting a green card! I found Marsha through God's will he sent me to her and she was Heaven Sent for... me I had a case where I had to either marry someone to obtain status or I have no other options but she played Miracles and did whatever she knows best and she made it happen for me. She was able to obtain my resident status legally through the legal system as she knows it very well !She was compassionate and she really helped me and she understood my hardship and my struggle and what it felt like to be pretty much raised in the United States for 31 years, and not have a status, and then finally get a status after all those years! My case was different and hard but, Marcia made it possible and I'm very happy with the results I am a legal resident and soon will be a citizen. I can't imagine if I hadn't found Marcia where I would be now. I would probably be still waiting ,so I thank God everyday that I found her to be my attorney and take care of my immigration matters! I wish the whole world would find out how great of an attorney she is, and the empowerment she has because of the knowledge she has of immigration laws. She will help you she will not let you down, and she will make sure that you become a resident! It can take time and you can get your Spirits low and you can feel like it's not going to happen but when you have Marcia as your attorney she makes it happen and she make sure that you become a legal resident ! I'm so proud that I found such a wonderful attorney because nowadays it's tough to find one who really cares about your situation and about your needs !All they care about is to get money from you and retainment fees! Marcia worked with me she helped me and money was the last thing on her agenda, she was more interested in getting me my legal residency then to collect money ! So if you read my review I hope that you take this into consideration and really hire a person who is caring and will get the work done, not somebody who says nice words and after you leave the office could care less and doesn't even remember who you are ! She's not like that she remembers who you are and how you feel and what's important to you ,so she will not let you down ! If you happen to come across her you have been blessed that's all I could say she's the best out there and I am so glad and flabbergasted that I found such a person as her ! The staff is also wonderful their caring and they know what you're going through so they really reassure you and every way possible!
