From the first day I walked into her practice (saw her sign as I was walking by, and walked in to 'check it out'), Marcia Kasdan spoke to me personally and made me feel very comfortable. When the date of our appointment came, she met us and brought us to the associate who would be handling our case. ... Again, professional but never austere, nor scripted. Our case was successfully completed about 3 years and a different associate later (the associate we were first assigned to was no longer with the company.) In every encounter during the entire process, we had a positive experience. Even though we were working directly with an associate, Marcia Kasdan was always an integral part of our case and was with us up to the last interview. She was always available. Marcia Kasdan should not be allowed to practice law in the United States! Marcia neglected my case miserably, in fact-her ongoing promises (all bogus) which lasted over three years, allowed the statute of limitation to run out. This means I could no longer pursue my case in court. Avoid this attorn...ey at all costs, find someone qualified & trustworthy.
