Jonathan J Mincis

Jonathan Mincis has been practicing law in New Jersey for over twenty-three years and has focused on Criminal and Traffic Law.

Mr. Mincus has represented New Jersey Motorist and/or Out of State drivers in New Jersey Municipal Court for twenty years. Although he practices law in a number of areas, his interest in assisting clients has been largely concentrated in the area of traffic offenses as well as providing experienced criminal defense in both the Municipal Courts and the Superior Courts throughout Northern and Central New Jersey. In this regard, he handles all types of traffic offenses including DWI defense, Driving While Suspended, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and Speeding and Reckless Driving.

In connections with handling traffic matters, Mr. Mincis has also successfully represented clients on De Novo Appeals which are pursued in the New Jersey Superior Court and he has, on occasion, been able to have convictions overturned/reversed. Mr. Mincis, through his past employment, also served as a Public Defender for the city of Hackensack and he served in the capacity of a Public Defender in the Paramus Municipal Court.
