No substance, lacking customer service skills

I would NOT recommend Frank for any real estate transactions. I was involved in both personal and business real estate transactions in NJ. My past attorney retired so I needed someone else and consulted with a few attorneys, including Frank. All I can say is I was less than impressed. First, when ...I talked to Frank on the phone, all he cared about was billing and that's all he seemed knowledgeable about. I've had various real estate transactions in the past and my former attorney always had answers. Frank seemed so unsure of questions that any real estate attorney should know the answers to. I even think he Googled a question that I asked him at one point. As a result, after consulting with him, I did NOT hire him. Please, please, please, do not call Frank for any real estate legal advice. His customer service skills are severely lacking, he just wants your money, and he does not comes across as an experienced attorney. He's lucky he does not have a boss to hold him accountable.

Inexperienced Lawyer

I needed guidance from a real estate attorney when I was looking to purchase a house last year and spoke to a few attorneys. I called Frank and found he didn't have answers to what I thought were basic questions. After I called him I noticed he only had internships before he started his law office so... he has little prior work experience. I ended up using a more experienced attorney. Do your due diligence before calling Frank. He may give you a cheaper price but you get what you pay for.

Exceptional Real Estate Attorney

Frank did an excellent job handling my real estate matter. He appeared before our local zoning board and made several compelling arguments on our behalf. I highly recommend his legal services if you want a dedicated attorney working tirelessly on your case.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
