"While in law school, Eric assisted me during a homicide trial in the Bronx. It was during that trial, I knew one day we would work together. I gave him an assignment during the trial, and the work product he produced was outstanding! His input led to getting a favorable ruling from the court. The trial ended with a full acquittal. Since 2020, Eric has worked with me as an associate of my law firm. In his first week we traveled to NJ Superior Court, Middlesex County to argue a motion to dismiss for two brothers we were representing. Eric, reviewed the file and shared his ideas. It was his additional input that led to a full dismissal of all charges for one client and the other client's charges were lessen to one count, which was later resolved with a non-criminal disposition. Finally, Eric reasearched and drafted a compassionate release motion in Federal Court (SDNY) for a client who received a sentence of life without parole. Now the client is a free man! Eric is a rising star!"
