Biography
Eileen M. Marsh has been practicing commercial and real estate litigation for over 25 years. She was formerly with Fulbright & Jaworski in New York City before co-founding Eisbrouch & Marsh, LLC in 1995. Ms. Marsh represents individuals and corporations in residential and commercial real estate. Her extensive experience includes the negotiation, structuring, documentation of acquisitions, title, leasing, construction and management contracts, formation and organization of real estate entities, tax deferred exchanges and financing. Her practice also focuses on all aspects of real estate related litigation with a concentration in foreclosure defense, mortgage modification, commercial lease disputes, title disputes and landlord/tenant law and evictions. Ms. Marsh takes a personal approach to each of her clients and works closely with them from beginning to end, in order to insure that their financial and legal interests are properly protected.
