Dan is a rock star attorney. He is incredibly responsive, understanding and any question you have is never too small. He is clearly very knowledgeable in his area of expertise and it made our house buying experience incredibly pleasant. Bonus: he has a really great sense of humor which makes it fun t...o work with him.

Dan was our lawyer for our first home purchase. He walked us through the process and was extremely available even in the wee hours in the night and early in the morning. Not infrequently we had emails from him either late in the night or first thing in the morning, we're not sure when he would sleep ...at night! We have full-time jobs and it had been great working with him since we are available only after hours. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable with regards to our home purchase. He went above and beyond to look for details with regards to the co, fire certificate, various escrows that were required for the purchase. There were several disagreements between the selling attorneys and ours. Dan stood by us and in fact we were able to get the upper hand in several points of the transaction. He contacted the municipal offices, fire chief etc to get appropriate answers regarding the disagreements. And he was right all along. Our realtor recommended him and told us upfront that he had some bad reviews. Those were not his fault from what was explained to us by our realtor. He also has a great sense of humor. Highly recommended!

Dan was referred to me for my home purchase. Initially the interactions were ok, but there is a clear difference in dealing with him, than dealing with my family attorney (who doesn't do real estate transactions). Constant emails, reminding him of what hasn't' been received and no follow through.... It's a terrible business practice. It's been 4 months since I closed and am still waiting on money owed, which I've given up on. I'm spent more time communicating with Dan trying to get the check than it's worth.

Dan is a smart and creative attorney. He doesn't make mistakes. However, he has a horrendous work ethic . He has never brought me harm as a client, but getting anything done through him requires endless phone calls and follow ups. I finally had to give up on a law suit after ~18 months because Dan co...nsistently missed filing dates, appearance dates, etc. despite me calling and e-mailing incessantly asking that he make progress on the matter.
