I used him when as attorney when I sold my house a few years ago. He had his assistant handle almost everything. Most times she wasn't able to advise me during the inspection phase and was rude at other times. I finally had to demand to speak to Alan. He was mostly unavailable and unresponsive an...d ;made the whole process much more difficult than it needed to be. My real estate agent was appalled at his lack of involvement.
