Replied last April 01, 2022I handled two real estate transactions for this client. My fee is $1,250 per closing. I worked diligently on both transactions. After the first deal was cancelled I charged her nothing. I spent hours trying to remove a judgment that came up against her. I was able to successfully remove that judgment so we could close the 2nd deal on time. She thought that $500 TOTAL was a fair price. She called me a greedy liar. I even agreed to reduce my price to $950 TOTAL and this is the thanks I get.
