Superb!

Michael represented me and my husband in the sale of a beloved family home. As I lawyer myself, I know a good lawyer when I see one. Michael was top drawer in every respect: easy to reach, responsive, knowledgeable and more than reasonable in his fees. We highly recommend him!

Terrific and careful lawyer

We retained Michael for a house closing. He steered us past some unusual issues to a successful closing. He was also constantly responsive to our questions and concerns.

Best Attorney - hands down

We used Michael Chapman to purchase our home, and could not be any happier with the service we were provided. Our case was a particularly difficult situation with the couple getting divorced, and issues with the appraisal and mortgage. Without Michael's guidance and negotiations on our behalf, I'm ...pretty confident this deal would have fallen through. The thing that impressed me most was how he performed under pressure, and how kept his composure in stressful situations. Excellent legal services
