Robert L. Garibaldi, Jr. was awarded the Juris Doctor degree form Pace University Law School after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, with honors, from Saint Peters University.
Robert L. Garibaldi, Jr., Esq. has over 30 years experience in the areas of corporate and transactional law, civil litigation, municipal, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, probate and banking law.
Mr. Garibaldi has been the attorney for the Borough of Glen Rock in Bergen County for 25 years, handling all aspects of municipal law. Mr. Garibaldi’s practice concentrates in business and corporate law, municipal law, litigation, wills and estates law, and real estate. Mr. Garibaldi’s financial background as an accountant has allowed him to assist his clients to be prepared in an effective way for their future through estate planning.
Mr. Garibaldi has extensive experience in banking law. He was the Chairman of the Board, acting President, and CEO for Hamilton Savings bank, and presently performs loan reviews and foreclosures for banking and lending institutions.
Mr. Garibaldi is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, American Bar Association, and New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys.
As part of his public service, Robert Garibaldi is presently the Vice-Chairman of the Fee Arbitration Committee for Bergen County. He also served for 8 years as a member of the Kinnelon Board of Education and is one of the founding members of the Kinnelon Education Foundation.
