Joseph Michael Horn

Joseph Horn is an excellent defense attorney. Mr. Horn was retained to represent a family member who was in a jam and facing jail time. Mr. Horn was smart, compassionate, motivated and extremely savvy and experienced when it came to the legal proceedings. We felt extremely comfortable discussing di...fficult questions with Mr. Horn. Our family member went to court and the result was paying a small fine and no jail time. I would highly recommend this attorney for criminal cases.

Joe is not only very personlable but his back ground is law enforcement so he is so incredibly knowledgeable of all law. He connected immediately with other attorneys and prosecutors that everyone was put at ease and it made for a pleasant experience as unpleasant as it could have been. I DO NOT recommend this attorney. Joseph does not know how to conduct himself in a professional manner. I hired him for a case and he was very convincing as to why I should hire him when I was searching for an attorney- turned out, after I signed the detainer, he did little to nothing to help my case.... He scarcely answered phone calls and texts. The day of my court date, he had absolutely no defense case prepared, was extremely disorganized and forced me to completely plea guilty. There was no point in me paying him thousands. He took my money, and after the court date, he never answered ANY phone calls, texts, emails or anything of the matter. When I contacted the court, they told me to contact my attorney but he was very unresponsive and I would NEVER work with this man again. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!! I am sure there are other attorneys out there that know what are doing and how to communicate with their client and build a case.
