Nicholas A Mircovich

In January, I hired Mr. Mircovich to help me legally start up a business. This is the second business that I started up. The lawyer that handled my first business start up was solid but charged me extra for fancy business portfolios and stamps that weren't necessary and weren't used at all. The fi...rst lawyer also messed up on a few things like providing me with a Business Agent that I didn't want no part of. When I hired Nicholas, he was not only less expensive than the first lawyer, but he provided me with options on several important business matters and was very thorough during the entire process. He took only a few days to file all the paperwork compared to the 6 weeks it took for the first lawyer I used. He sat me down and taught me several things about business rules and regulations that has helped me so far. I have a ton of respect for lawyers because of their hard work they put in to each case and the first lawyer I had did the job but Mr. Mircovich was by far much more knowledgeable and took the time to teach me certain things about starting up a business and he actually wanted to see my business succeed.
