I just got the MOST terrible treatment from this attorney that I could ever imagine: a few days ago I called them to ask about their fees for preparing a will. While my husband and I were reviewing it, another issue came up and I called the office to ask if they handled personal injuries. I never ...got a call back. After I called again, she told me precisely the following: "We gave you a consultation, and you never hired us and now you want another consultation?". When I said I wasn't calling for a consultation but to ask if they handled personal injuries, she said the office was booked and they did not take new cases in a very rude way. She talked over my attempts to stop her monolog and explain the reason for my call. This experience was extremely unpleasant and in my opinion outrageously unprofessional
