Biography
Peter R. Willis, Esq. has practiced criminal and civil litigation for over 40 years and is one of the most recognized criminal defense attorneys in New Jersey. He successfully defended or was involved in the defense of several of the State's most celebrated criminal cases. Mr. Willis has also represented a large number of high-profile clients in the federal system, providing his skills in more than 20 states throughout the country.
Mr. Willis has been annually recognized in Super Lawyers' advertising section of New Jersey Monthly Magazine and the New Jersey edition of Super Lawyers magazine from 2008 through 2013.
In addition to his active practice, Mr. Willis has lectured on criminal procedure for the New Jersey State Bar's ICLE Skills and Method course and previously published a monthly column in New Jersey Cops Magazine.
