I never had either one in place and my situation was somewhat complicated, yet she did a wonderful job navigating all of the gray areas for me. In terms of reaching her and scheduling an appointment, she responded almost immediately to my initial inquiry through her website and we set up an appointment for the following week. We spent an hour together during our free consultation where I gave her all the information needed and then over the next month, Melanie drew up a draft of each document and sent it to me for review. I returned the documents to her with requested info and any necessary edits. Shortly after I had my finalized documents in hand. I appreciated the professionalism and kindness displayed by Melanie overall. I will definitely recommend her and use her again in the future!

Melanie wrote my will and health care directive with a very short turn around time! She explained to me everything that I needed to know and she even gave me a worksheet to help the process go smoothly. Her intern is a notary that was able to notarize my will at the final meeting.
