Adam Pendleton Birkhold

Adam P. Birkhold is a Partner with Birkhold & Maider. Mr. Birkhold represents individuals in all types of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall accidents, construction accidents and workplace accidents. Mr. Birkhold also represents medical providers in a variety of matters, including PIP arbitrations. Mr. Birkhold has extensive experience in the Superior Court of New Jersey, the Appellate Division, workers’ compensation courts in multiple counties of New Jersey and in the arbitration forum administrated by Forthright.

Prior to forming Birkhold & Maider, Mr. Birkhold had his own practice representing injured individuals in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, as well as handling a substantial number of PIP arbitrations on behalf of medical providers. Before starting his own practice, Mr. Birkhold worked as staff counsel for an insurance company where he learned how the other side handles, negotiates and litigates a variety of personal injury claims.

Mr. Birkhold is a 2003 graduate of the University of Minnesota, where he received a B.A. from the School of Journalism. Mr. Birkhold received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006.
