You are not on probation. YOu are on parole. That is very different. You need to speak with a lawyer.

It is possible she can adjust status. Her entry into the US could be a problem. It is highly recommended to hire a lawyer.

You can apply if you are charged with a 4th degree offense. The nature of the offense will be tough to overcome. Hire a lawyer and discuss.
