Received EAD and but after an interview(I 485), the officer sends a case for review. what should that mean?

The case will be denied. By leaving without a travel document they abandoned the case by law. Getting a travel document later doesn't fix that....

That is not possible because you pled guilty. YOu can get an expungement or try to reopen your case.
