Mr. Nguyen was hired to file for a citizenship petition. The case is a bit complicated, he collected all the fees for his compensation, paper works, and miscellaneous. Turned out, USCIS denied the case due to missing paper works that he had to prepare which he has charged from the beginning. Now he w...anted more money to go appear. My thoughts are, he should had disclosed everything, the money, steps by steps and let the client decides if they want to proceed with him rather than charge and charge and not get things done. If you are Vietnamese and don't speak the language well, please go see different attorney, they might charge a bit higher but you will not get screwed over. Bottom line, Mr Nguyen is a very irresponsible, lack of knowledge, a disappointment.
