Justin Christopher Linder

Justin is a Health Law attorney at McCarter & English, LLP.  A substantial portion Justin's practice is dedicated to counseling healthcare providers in a range of transactional and regulatory matters, including compliance with Federal and State anti-kickback and self-referral laws.

Justin's transactional experience includes drafting merger agreements and organizational documents for joint ventures.  He recently performed due diligence investigations in connection with 2 hospital system mergers, including a merger between two leading New Jersey health systems creating a $5 billion system, the state’s largest.

Justin also advises practitioners and entities regarding reimbursement issues and compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, State board of health, and State medical board regulations.  He has counseled clients and drafted opinion letters on a variety of topics, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance.

Justin represents entities and physicians in complex healthcare litigation, qui tam actions, peer review hearings, internal investigations, contract disputes, and drafts employment and severance agreements.
