Eleonore Ofosu-Antwi

Eleonore Ofosu-Antwi’s practice focuses primarily on federal and complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, antitrust, intellectual property and class action defense. In her role as New Jersey litigation counsel, Eleonore has extensive experience in patent litigation concerning a range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and chemical industries. She has knowledge and experience in antitrust litigation spanning a wide range of topics, including reverse payment settlements of patent disputes, sham litigaton, fraudulent procurement of patents and other antitrust theories, and has also successfully handled complex cases involving products liability, mass torts, commercial contracts, and trademark infringement.

Prior to joining the firm, Eleonore served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan D. Wigenton, U.S.D.J., in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Edwin H. Stern, Presiding Judge for Administration, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. She earned her J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law, where was a member of the Law Review. She was also awarded the Clyde Ferguson Scholarship, served as a Teaching Fellow for Seton Hall’s Academic Success Program, and participated in the Center for Social Justice’s Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Peter G. Sheridan, U.S.D.J., in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
