Dan has closed all three of the properties I have purchased in NJ. On the first I hired him to clean up a mess started by a different attorney and once I did the process was smooth sailing. I used Dan from the start for both my second and third purchases (including the sales of each home as I mov...ed). The process was clean, on time and the closings moved as promised each time. The fees were fixed on every occasion, without any unexpected charges or additions. In addition, I have on several occasions consulted Dan for legal advice on other real estate matters.
