Susheela Verma, Esq. has been in practice for more than eighteen years and has handled simple to complex business, litigation and transactional matters. She routinely counsels businesses on corporate matters including, but not limited to, corporate structuring, shareholders/members’ agreements, employer-employee relations, general housekeeping and corporate immigration. Throughout her career, she has provided services to thousands of corporations and has litigated business matters in State and Federal courts in the state of New Jersey. During the past eighteen years of her practice she has represented countless information technology companies and has dealt with all aspects of this segment of the I.T. industry. She has acquired in depth knowledge and understanding of numerous challenging legal issues that face this industry, its executives and shareholders. Her knowledge of immigration, litigation, business practices and realities of the corporate world gives her a unique perspective and permits her to have a local as well global approach to a client’s legal issues. She routinely overseas client matters as a lead attorney for multi jurisdictional disputes. She also handles and supervises complex divorce matters, specially those where Indian laws, traditions and social practices play a role.

She has four law degrees; L.L.B. and L.L.M. from India, J.D. from Rutgers, Newark, NJ and Master of Jurisprudence from University of Texas, Austin. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and India.
