KIM STEVEN JUHASE graduated from the Bronx High School of Science, NY State University at Albany cum laude in 1974 and from Brooklyn Law School in 1977. Kim was the Executive Editor of the New York International Law Review and past Editor in Chief of the Brooklyn Barrister and the Corporate Counsel Reporter. Kim has written numerous articles dealing with international litigation and civil court practice. He is listed in Who's Who in American Law and admitted to the US Supreme Court, and all state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. Kim has personally obtained numerous jury verdicts as well securities arbitration awards for investors in Maryland, Florida, Pennsylvania as well as New York and New Jersey. The range of trials runs the gamut from sexual and racial discrimination to corporate fraud. With over 25 years of court room experience Kim can offer seasoned advice.
