Biography
I serve as litigation and outside general counsel to small and mid-sized companies. I have a proven track records of obtaining favorable resolutions to litigation matters and contract negotiations.
I have extensive experience in litigating cases before state and federal courts, as well as handling matters with administrarive and regulatory agencies such as consumer affairs, evironmental protection and labor. The subject areas I am most experienced in are product liability, mass tort, general commercial, and employment.
In my role as outside general counsel, I provide clients with the advantage of having a predictable legal budget and the security of having legal counsel whenever necessary. My extensive litigation background gives me a valuable perspective when assisting clients in many aspects of their daily business activities such as contract negotiations and drafting corporate policies.
