Howard J Trinker

From 1997-2007, Howard J. Trinker was General Counsel of Flash Global Logistics, LLC, an international logistics company based in Pine Brook, NJ, where he was responsible for the negotiation, preparation and administration of all contracts affecting the company. This included Fortune level customer agreements,  leasing and facilities management, IT development and vendors, IT development and licensing, senior level employment agreements, major claims, mergers and acquisitions. In his business development capacity, Howard was responsible for initiating new customer opportunities and negotiating and structuring strategic alliances.  During the same period, Howard led the company’s mergers and acquisitions activities as well as performed all of the acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing of the founder’s extensive commercial real estate portfolio and other business ventures.  Prior to joining Flash, Howard was engaged in private law practice and commercial banking specializing in corporate and commercial real estate transactions. Since its sale in April 2007, Howard has continued to represent Flash in addition to his corporate and real estate practice.
