Allison Leigh Schrader

Allison S. Dunn joined the firm in 2014. She is an experienced litigator and devotes her practice exclusively to family law and related matters including divorce and dissolution of civil unions, child custody and parenting time, modification of orders and agreements, mediation and arbitration, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, domestic violence, and adoptions. 

In addition to being an experienced and tenacious litigator, Ms. Dunn is trained as a Collaborative Law Attorney.  She understands that clients are seeking counsel during one of the most emotionally difficult and financially challenging times in their lives.  She approaches each matter with compassion and the understanding that each client has a unique set of challenges and financial and emotional goals which must be addressed individually. 

Ms. Dunn graduated from Boston College in 1998 and Rutgers Law School – Newark in 2003 where she served as an Editor of the Rutgers Law Review and as Vice Chair of the Public Interest Law Foundation.  Prior to practicing family law, Ms. Dunn practiced commercial litigation for Thelen Reid & Priest LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP in New York City where she primarily focused on intellectual property and entertainment related disputes.
