Biography
I graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey in 1974 after graduating from New York University in 1970. I am admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and I have been certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court since 1994.
My practice includes both civil litigation and criminal litigation. As a civil litigator, I have devoted over the past 30 years to representing plaintiffs and defendants. My criminal litigationcareer began as an Essex County Prosecutor, having handled over 200 criminal trials from narcotics possession, trafficking (drug sales), armed robbery, sexual assaults to homicide cases.
I have tried civil and criminal cases in the counties of Essex, Bergen, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Monmouth, Ocean, Hunterdon, Atlantic & Cape May. During my extensive litigation (Civil and Criminal) trial experience, I have tried in excess of 100 trials throughout New Jersey the majority of which were venued in Middlesex County. I have been featured in the New Jersey Law Journal, Star Ledger, Home New Tribune and other publications.
