Fine choice for partnership and related law

Philip came highly recommended to me by Bill, and the referral was very solid. Phil has provided excellent counsel and is a sharp legal mind. He's got a great 'bedside manner', and is amusing without being inappropriate. If you want to know

I want to know. When choosing an attorney it is important to do your homework, but how? You could randomly start calling out of the phone book or a friend has heard of someone. You could go to court and listen to the attorneys in action and then choose one. I did all of these before I choose Phil C...hapman as my attorney. For me choosing an attorney came down to the following, will the attorney explain to me all of my options including the option of not proceeding legally. We all want to look at our options and we are all afraid the attorney is mis-motivated to only considering legal action, after all this is their professional. I want to know all my options. Phil Chapman always explains all my options and in doing so we have proceeded on matters with a plan which resolved the issues without legal counsel but just Phil’s counsel. His professional legal and professional counsel has saved me money, time and stress. Phil put me first and couched me to as we proceeded to the best results. Right for Business

Phil Chapman is that attorney that gives you ultimate confidence. He is truly seasoned in the world of business negotiations and litigation. His gift of insight is remarkable. I have found over the years that it only takes a few minutes on the phone with Phil before he intuitively grasps all of the n...uances of what is often a complex situation. I continue to trust all of my business' legal matters to Phil Chapman and know that when he sees that we are dealing with something that needs a different specialist he will always make a quality referral.
