She is the worst attorney ever!!! Is not telling her clients all of the options! When trying to talk with her about different payment options she is EXTREMELY RUDE and says to late the hangs up... She does not follow up with people to even get correct addresses to send correspondence. She CHEATS s...o you don't make a court date.

I called her regarding a garnishment I had received to try to figure out how I could make a full payment. She told me it was too late that I had every opportunity to make it right. They had been sending correspondence to the wrong mailing address and the incorrect email address for over three years! ...I am prepared to pay the full amount but she won't let me. She's screwing over her clients just to make more money.

How Karen Nations is even licensed to practice law, is beyond me. She was an opposing attorney in one of my cases. She seems to let her emotions get the best of her. While trying to settle amicably, it was brought to my attention that she was not presenting the options to her client, which brought mo...re trouble to the case. It could have been settled, and her client would have saved a lot of money. She was presented with federally legally binding paperwork, yet refused to go with the options that would work in everyone's favor, instead kept tensions high for both sides. It wasn't until I reached out to the plaintiff (I am the defendant) that I found out he was unaware that I was agreeing with his requests, because she failed to tell him.
