Thank You

I was bluntly rejected by my insurance company stating they would cover my passenger and not me, but The Law Office of David A. DiBrigida took on my case making sure that I was compensated after being hit head by someone driving a stolen car. I must say the staff there is very professional & friendly.... Thank you.

My case was handled in a timely manner.

My experience here was very good. I would recommend David to anyone who is looking for a good lawyer. My case was handled in a timely manner, all my questions were answered the secretaries were very helpful and nice.

Do not hire

My experience with David DiBrigida was awful. I almost pursued a legal complaint against this attorney because he tried withholding my settlement. Mr. DiBrigida works closely with a chiropractor who previously got his license suspended and went to prison. I was not treated with respect or courtesy th...roughout the process..in fact, Mr. DiBrigida’s demeanor was unacceptably sarcastic. Communication was unpleasant and unprofessional, and I did not receive satisfactory results from my case. I expected a higher level of professionalism and care from this legal representative. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone based on my experience.
