His practice spans high‑stakes litigation, white collar defense, internal investigations, and crisis management. He is a trial‑tested business litigator with a deep record of success in complex, high‑exposure matters. Chris has tried more than 70 cases—including over 30 jury trials—in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts across the country, bringing deep first‑chair experience to complex, high‑exposure disputes. He is known for sharp case strategy, persuasive courtroom advocacy, and the ability to translate complicated issues into clear, compelling arguments for judges and juries. Beyond the courtroom, Chris advises clients in internal investigations, compliance matters, and allegations of misconduct, offering practical, real‑time guidance that aligns legal strategy with business objectives. Before joining the Firm, Chris practiced at nationally recognized law firms in New York City, handling complex disputes for major corporations, financial institutions, and senior executives. He later served as in‑house litigation counsel for a Fortune 10 company, managing significant litigation portfolios and advising leadership on enterprise‑wide risk and sensitive investigations. Chris began his career as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force, trying dozens of felony cases and leading hundreds of investigations in roles including Senior Trial Counsel with the Special Victims Unit. He separated from service as a major‑select.

He earned his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science and History from Union College, where he also played varsity football. Before attending law school, Chris coached college football at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Rhode Island.

In 2024, he was recognized as a Distinguished Honoree on the Marquis Who’s Who List, one of the most comprehensive registries of leaders and high achievers across professional fields.
