Mandelbaum Barrett PC Partner Andrea (“Andie”) M. Fraleigh focuses her practice on lifetime wealth transfer planning and estate planning, estate settlement and trust administration. She advises high-net-worth individuals and families in Connecticut and New York on sophisticated estate, tax, and cross-border planning strategies, helping clients structure and preserve wealth across generations and jurisdictions.

Prior to entering private practice, she served as a strategic consultant with The Boston Consulting Group, where she advised Fortune 500 clients on corporate strategy and organizational planning.

Andie is admitted to the bars of Connecticut, New York, and Illinois, and is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association, and the Greenwich Bar Association. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the leading international organization for professionals in trusts and estate matters.

Dedicated to community involvement, Andie served for nine years on the Board of Directors of SoundWaters and was a member of the Board of Directors of Community Concerts of Greenwich. She is currently counsel to Christ Church Greenwich.
