Buying or selling a home is one of the most important and complex financial transactions of a person's life and yet many law firms put real estate transactions on the back burner, dedicating their time to a real estate deal only after other higher paying matters are taken care of first. Great Job
I worked with David for the closing of my house. I have no complaints. Dave was very responsive and timely with his responses. He answered all my questions. Always followed up with the seller's attorney/ realtor. There were a few hiccups but not because of us and it was handled very well.
