David has been working with me now for several months as I took on the challenging journey of a first-time home buyer. While many people tell you 'never pick the guy your realtor recommends', I found that nothing could be further from the truth for me. David is quick to respond 24-7, above and beyond... the call of duty. His answers are brief but to the point, telling you exactly what you need to know and what your options and next steps should be. He never made fun of me for asking stupid questions too, so that's a plus, lol. I would absolutely recommend David to anyone looking to purchase a home in New Jersey. He stuck with us through 6 offers and 2 contracts falling through due to an underappraisal and then a bad inspection, and both bad contracts he worked us out from without loss of escrow. I'm now sitting in the living room of my beautiful new home writing this review and couldn't be happier.

This is our third time using David as our Attorney. The first time was back in 2013 where he helped us with our first ever house purchase. Now flash forward to 2017, we were selling that house (hired him) and buying (hired him) a new house 40 miles south of it/his office. It was an absolute inform...ation overload the entire process in terms of everything he had to handle, both from the Sellers and buyers attorneys and quite honestly, from us asking questions, seeking guidance, etc... David handled it like an absolute and total seasoned pro. I can't think of a single time that either myself or my wife got a response from him any more than 5-8 minutes after emailing him. If it is a buy or sale in NJ in the future for us, we absolutely will be using David's service again, that is for sure.
